To submit a support ticket, click the Submit Support Ticket button and fill out the submission form. To track the status of your support ticket, click the Track Support Ticket button. You need to login before you can submit or track your support ticket.
Support tickets are kept private unless they are useful and general enough to be of use to other developers, in which case they are entered into the Knowledge Base.
