The following steps describe the overall process for submitting your Android application for distribution through LG SmartWorld:

Registration
To submit your Android application for distribution through LG SmartWorld, you'll first need to register as a member of LG SmartWorld Content Management System (CMS). LG SmartWorld CMS is the website where you can submit and manage your Android applications for distribution through LG SmartWorld. If you plan on selling any Android applications, you also need to register to become a commercial seller. LG Protection Library
LG Coconut Library is an Android App Copy Protection Library that allows only users who lawfully purchased applications in LG SmartWorld to use them. If you want to sell paid applications through LG SmartWorld, apply LG Coconut Library to your application. For step-by-step instructions about how to apply it to your paid application, refer to the LG Coconut Library Guide.
Application Submission
The application submission procedure consists of the following four steps:
Step 1 Overview: Provide details about your application including text descriptions and screenshots.
Step 2 Distribution Details: Choose the distribution country and set the pricing.
Step 3 Additional Info: If you select a non-English-speaking country as a distribution country, you will need to provide descriptions of the application in the appropriate local language.
Step 4 Content Upload: Upload your application and submit your application for LG approval.

Approval
The approval process has four steps: Pre-Test, Device Test, Contents Review, and Confirmation. For the Pre-Test, Device Test and Contents Review steps, you can check if your application has successfully passed each step on the Application Approval page.
Distribution
Once your application has passed all four steps in the approval process, the application will be put to service. LG SmartWorld CMS members can view sales reports for any of their applications that are available on LG SmartWorld.
Applications already submitted to LG Mobile Developer Network will be reviewed and evaluated in accordance with the normal review process and you can access everything on your submitted applications as usual on My Applications page until December 31, 2011.
